Terra B - TQ Pouch | Compact tourniquet pouch for quick access
The Terra B TQ Pouch was specially developed for the quick and reliable storage of a tourniquet. Thanks to its flat, minimalist design and high-quality material combination, this pouch is ideal for tactical deployment belts, plate carriers or MOLLE systems.
The pouch is compatible with standard tourniquets such as the CAT tourniquet or models with similar dimensions, for example the SAM® XT. The open design means that the tourniquet is immediately accessible when every second counts.
Minimalist design for maximum efficiency
The Terra B Tourniquet Pouch combines robust elasticated polyester rubber band with lightweight CORDURA® 500 den laminate. This combination of materials ensures a secure fit of the tourniquet without additional securing loops or fasteners.
The result is an extremely flat and unobtrusive profile that can be perfectly integrated into modern low-profile loadouts.

The elasticated material adapts perfectly to the tourniquet and keeps it stable and reliably in position. At the same time, access remains quick and intuitive as no additional tabs or fasteners need to be opened.

Flexible attachment options
The modular back with PALS loops enables various carrying options:
Vertical mounting on MOLLE systems (e.g. plate carriers or chest rigs)
Horizontal attachment directly to the belt, for example to the duty belt
For belt mounting, the belt is simply passed through the pouch - the pouch sits securely and without additional play.
Additional pen loop
An elasticated outer loop provides space for a marker or pen, for example to mark the application time of a tourniquet - an important component of tactical first aid.
